A visit to Zephyrhills begins in the historic downtown district on 5th Avenue, with shops, and restaurants and the Chamber of Commerce Welcome Center. Relax under the shady oaks at Clock Plaza, with its signature bandstand, reminiscent of old fashioned main streets.
If you love the outdoors you will love the parks in Zephyrhills, featuring everything from swimming to picnicking, baseball to fishing.
One of the favorites is Zephyr Park, with its scenic lake walk, tennis courts, picnic shelters, playground and a fun interactive water park.
For sports enthusiasts, Charles B. Krusen Memorial Park’s features a skate park, inline field hockey rink, lighted sports fields, and basketball court. Veteran’s Memorial Park, includes an unsupervised BMX track, and also a bicycle/pedestrian path complete with trees and benches.
For history buffs the Depot Park, is home to a restored 1927 Railroad Depot and museum, where you can learn about the city’s past. Outside on the grounds, you can stroll the wooded walking trail, and enjoy a lovely picnic or barbecue under the shelters.

Locals get their exercise at the Hercules Aquatic Center, a neighborhood park on 16 acres with a public swimming pool and a fitness trail. Small neighborhood parks add to the quality of life, such as Lincoln Heights Park , Shepard Park and Transplant Park where you can appreciate nature.
